I had a very bad experience with the Service Director Robert Corman. My 2022 Dodge Ram truck has gone back multiple times and with no luck, they still cannot find the problem with the humming noise on m Robert Corman. My 2022 Dodge Ram truck has gone back multiple times and with no luck, they still cannot find the problem with the humming noise on my vehicle. The Truck does it at different speeds and they keep on blaming it on the tires. Mechanic drove with me and he heard but still, he could not decipher where he was coming from. The Service director said that he would not change another part of my vehicle. I told him I just needed him to fix the problem not change parts until they figured out the problem. In the mean time my vehicle is still making the noise and he refused to service the vehicle in a very rude manner. More
