My Service Advisor was Frank Santilli. He was EXCELLENT! I made an appointment for a Recall notice. I also requested an oil change with full synthetic oil. He personally, escorted me to the shuttle pick up lobby and explained how I would be contacted for my shuttle ride home. Incidentally, Rick, my driver was also very professional and an excellent driver. I don't think anything could have been better concerning my experience with Schumacher Dodge. Following my repairs / service appointment I had a short visit with Christian Palmer who originally sold me my Ram Limited 1500. I showed him some minor damage that I received following a "fender bender". He personally introduced me to Thomas Clark, One Perfect Touch Mobile Paint Repair on your property. Following his inspection and a bid, I made an appointment to have his company repairs the damages. What a great group of professional you have at Schumacher!
