Avoid This Dealership at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a brand-new $100,000 Dodge Durango Hellcat and with only 2,000 miles on it, it’s already leaking oil. I have brought it back to Shumacher CDJR of Delray Beach three separate times, and they have still not fixed the problem. To make matters worse, during one of these visits they dented my hood and scratched my rear diffuser—on a brand-new six-figure vehicle! This dealership clearly has no respect for their customers, their time, or their vehicles. Buying a car here is a huge mistake, and trusting them with service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. More

It is always easy to bring my car in to service, and they are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happen are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happened before. However, Daniel was in communication with me the entire time which was very different than my previous experience. He made it very seamless updating me and making sure I was being accommodated appropriately. He went above and beyond to get two new tires approved when I assumed I’d only get one like the last tire service. He even made sure to clean my car before I picked it up, which was a nice surprise since that didn’t happen in the previous service either. So overall, my experience this time far surpassed the poor service I had a few years ago with a different service employee. Thanks again Daniel More
