Overall my experience was good and in the end we essentially got what we wanted at a good price. I have never liked buying car, I don't like negotiating deals and I am lucky my husband is so stubbor essentially got what we wanted at a good price. New Forester needed a power point in the console replaced. Diagnosis one day -- very quick, part ordered and informed when part arrived. Came in, installation fast and efficient.
