I have only used Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach’s service department since moving to south Florida and find their prices fair, their service done professionally and accurately and their customer wait service department since moving to south Florida and find their prices fair, their service done professionally and accurately and their customer waiting area to be very comfortable. The one star is because they gave me a loaner for my appointment and I appreciated that. I dropped the car off Monday at 9 a.m.. I requested a tire rotation, equalize the air pressure in the tires as th appointment and I appreciated that. I dropped the car off Monday at 9 a.m.. I requested a tire rotation, equalize the air pressure in the tires as the rear drivers side tire was high, a bumper protector for the rear bumper and we test drove the car to determine what was causing 2 noises. The sunroof was determined to be one issue and they could not conclude what the other noise was. I called 5 days later, on Friday and they had not done any work to repair the sunroof. I needed my car for the weekend so I picked it up. Upon my arrival, my service tech was short and unfriendly. He told me the tires were rotated but no other work was done. When I got in the car, the rear drivers tire pressure was high, indicating they did not rotate the tires and I was lied to. They had my car for 5 days and did nothing, then lied to me and were rude when I said the tires were not rotated and asked that they at least equalize the air pressure for me. They then took the car for 5 minutes and brought it back. They added air to the passenger rear tire and left the front two under inflated. I drove to Costco and fixed it myself. Now I have a pretty new car that has some issues that are covered under warranty and I do not trust the service center to fix it. I may trade it in for a Lexus or Toyota and get better service. Very disappointing. More
