Great customer service We have been repeat customers at Northlake Schumacher for over 20 years, both with GM and VW vehicles...last year we bought a 2016 VW Golf Station Wag We have been repeat customers at Northlake Schumacher for over 20 years, both with GM and VW vehicles...last year we bought a 2016 VW Golf Station Wagen and a 2016 VW Beetle, replacing my low mileage 2001 Beetle...Sales Dept was great, knew their products, did not pressure us as we already knew our needs and what we wanted...Parts Dept helped us use some Rewards Points for extra accessories, and we always ask for service through our long-time Service Writer, Cyndi Cicioni, who recently handled a fuel tank safety recall on the Golf, and then she arranged for the Beetle's first annual oil change (less than 2,000 miles....both of us being retired means months for service not by mileage. We are lucky to live close by the dealership and they have always been responsive to our needs over time, proving the longevity, stability and good management of this large dealership. In and Out I stopped by at around 11 AM on a Saturday and I saw a number of cars in the waiting area. All was good. Service was fine. It did take a while to get my car back but the shuttle drivers were pleasant. I was not happy that the service department would n Service was fine.
