Awesome My convertible was stuck open. When I called Jim ? service manager to tell him my concern in towing the car, he got his greatest Mechanic, Mark and hi My convertible was stuck open. When I called Jim ? service manager to tell him my concern in towing the car, he got his greatest Mechanic, Mark and his associates and they CAME TO MY HOUSE. Thank you so much.
