Our sales person Jader Garcia and his manager Gary Sanchez are phenomenal, unbelievable out of this world experience. The BEST our family has came a cross customer/sale service wise. Mr. Garcia introduced himself and after carefully listened to why we were there and what we were looking to accomplish and what our options are on this day 7/23/2023. He fully delivered. We met his manager Mr. Sanchez and between both gentleman we knew we were at the right location. They gave us the Shumacher experience (even if there isn't one). They took us to the Finacne department and that too was also tremendous experience. Everything your hear from their mouth was also black and white nothing was hidden and for that you all are more than 5 stars. Thank you all for the Shumacher Volkswagen of Okeechobee experience. More

I could not be more happier and frankly surprised with my experience buying my daughter a car here. Orlando was great, he never stopped smiling, showed genuine interest in finding my daughter the perfect car experience buying my daughter a car here. AJ was also amazing and made the finance process so easy and stress free. If anyone has ever bought a car than you know this can be a very frustrating and confusing last step before sealing the deal. Not with AJ, I literally told him how great he was making it unexpectedly pleasant experience. If you're interested in VW than this is the dealership to go to. I would call first to make sure you can work with both Orlando and AJ. More
