First, he made sure that the shuttle van took me to work and second, as soon as he had a loaner available, he called me to let me know that I could pick it up. In addition, he explained everything regarding what was happening with the car to me in a clear and concise way. Thanks, Jay! Another person I would like to mention is the shuttle van's driver. He was very very nice not only to me, but also to the other two people who were in the car. Thanks! More

Lots of waiting and then fast business for a few minutes We made several trips to the dealership before we saw the car. The first time, we didn’t know that it wasn’t normally on site. The second time, it had been damaged by another driver and wasn’t ready for viewing. This was very frustrating. I think we should have been called and told that the car was damaged so that we wouldn’t have wasted the trip to the dealership. They knew we were coming. Since we were already there, we insisted on seeing it and it really wasn’t ready, it was damaged and dirty. The dealer rep that we had dealt with had left for some emergency, and the other employees were swamped with customers. We did not get good attention. Andre was always nice and polite on the phone but we didn’t meet him until the third visit to the dealership. The car still wasn’t ready. More
