Busy Bug My appointment for service was at noon when I checked in I was told it would be 1&1/2 hours. Was asked if I was going to wait; my answer was yes. In less than 1&1/2 my car was ready and we went over all that was done to it. The car not only had its service done and was washed ; even the inside cleaned. Thank You Greg Benefield & the Entire Schumacher Team I contacted Greg Benefield regarding my gently driven 2009 Passat with only 24K miles & he immediately jumped into action for me even though I was no I contacted Greg Benefield regarding my gently driven 2009 Passat with only 24K miles & he immediately jumped into action for me even though I was no longer covered under warranty. He had someone called me back within minutes. She set an appointment for my car to be seen and assessed AND I was impressed that the appt setter also checked my VIN via my phone number that I had provided for call back & she noticed there were some recalls from VW to be addressed. I was told my car would be taken care as a Goodwill Gesture & the recalls would be done & provided simultaneously. True enough within a few days all that and MORE was done for me by Schumacher which has brought my car back into perfect condition!! I could not be more grateful for this business whose employees have been so professional, more than kind, and so caring to me for absolutely NO REASON at all! Just because that's what they DO. I was offered a shuttle ride home should I not be content with the wait time. I waited, the car was ready and I left on schedule. During the course of the service I was given updates and signed some paperwork.
