Tom Dauria, Gregg Becker, and Philip Jacobson were outstanding. Let me acknowledge why I gave friendliness a 4. When we arrived a gentleman, never got his name, tall with white hair would not give us outstanding. Let me acknowledge why I gave friendliness a 4. When we arrived a gentleman, never got his name, tall with white hair would not give us the time of day. Finally Tom showed up and our car buying experience was great from there on out. We arrived around 6pm. Tom listened, suggested and understood exactly what my wife and I were looking for. He never sold. He made the process smooth and we finally arrived at a fair price for the vehicle we were trading as well as the vehicle we purchased. From there Gregg Becker closed the deal and handled the paperwork faster than any purchase I have ever been through. He was thorough and friendly making myself and my wife feel very much apart of the process. The dealership closes at 8 and all three stayed 30 minutes after making sure everything was set as we drove off in our new vehicle. I know we were not the only deal of the day but the staff (except the first gentleman we encountered) made us feel as if we were. I hope the car treats us as well as Tom, Gregg, and Philip. More

I enjoyed my experience at Suburban Volvo. They were straight forward and nothing changed when I got there. I don't normally enjoy buying a car in Florida but Volvo exceeded all my expectations. classic bait and switch. They made the deal on the phone with us and added an additonal $ 1500.00 when we showed up claiming the price was only good for volvo employees yet the did not mention it over the p with us and added an additonal $ 1500.00 when we showed up claiming the price was only good for volvo employees yet the did not mention it over the phone.
