At one point, I was even told the check had been sent when it hadn’t. The finance department is an absolute disaster. My salesperson did his best, but once the sale was complete, the communication stopped entirely. I left the lot with no paperwork at all — not even the documents for the additional coverage I purchased. When I later needed that information for a tire repair, no one at Schumacher could be reached or bothered to help. I was literally standing inside Gunther Volvo in Coconut Creek, repeatedly trying to contact someone—anyone—at Schumacher to verify my tire coverage. Gunther, in sharp contrast, was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear Schumacher Volvo simply doesn’t care. They knew how poorly they handled everything and never even sent the follow-up customer survey they claim to value so much. Between the dishonesty, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customers, this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
