Elliott also took the time to explain all the features of the car, which made me feel confident driving it home. After the sale, he called to check that everything was going well and reminded me to contact him if I had any questions. Avoid This Dealership for Service! Do yourself a favor—take your car somewhere else for service. My experience with Eric from the service department was beyond frustrating. He never Do yourself a favor—take your car somewhere else for service. My experience with Eric from the service department was beyond frustrating. He never answers the phone or returns calls. When we finally got in touch, he said diagnosing the codes would take about 45 minutes and that he’d let us know if my husband could get a loaner. Four hours later, my husband gets the car back—and the codes are still there. This is a car with less than 6,000 miles on it! This isn’t the first time, either. Previously, they “cleared” a code, and we had to return because the issue wasn’t actually fixed. I gave them another chance, thinking it was a one-time mistake. This time, when my husband went back, Eric was “too busy” to fix their mistake or give him a loaner—even though he knew my husband had to pick up our daughter from school all the way in Loxahatchee. I called the service manager Rick Presley - of course, he was “in a meeting.” I left a message saying if I didn’t hear back, I’d escalate it to corporate. Never heard from him. They care if you give them a good survey score, but they don’t care enough to call back after screwing up twice. Unacceptable service. More
