If there were 10 stars, I would rate Schwartz Mazda with 10 stars. I have no words to express how comfortable they made us feel. No pressure at all. I just leased my first Mazda! Both Ryan and Neal were very patient while I looked at the different color CX5s until I felt comfortable with my choice -not rushing me at all. When it came down to making the deal, they were patience to negotiate and go over the numbers. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my final deal. He was easy to talk to and helped me along the way. When going through the process he even helped me with my Geico app getting things updated with the new vehicle by click, even though the dealership was closing! He took the time every step of the way to make sure my experience was enjoyable. Ryan reached out on his cell and let me know I could always reach back out if I needed anything. I appreciate the patience, friendliness, and atmosphere of Shwartz Mazda and am happy they are my new neighborhood dealer. I look forward to going back for oil changes and service just to see the team and dogs! Thank you Ryan for all your help! More
