To be honest with you, I was hesitant to drive from my h website. I began corresponding with Neil Rosenstein who answered many, many of my questions. To be honest with you, I was hesitant to drive from my home in Long Island to New Jersey for a used car. After several conversations over a course of a few days with Mr. Rosenstein and your sales team I decided to take a chance and drove to your dealership. Upon arrival everyone on your team was so gracious and very welcoming, even the puppy came over and made us feel right at home. Mr. McKenna introduced himself, brought the car around and offered for us to take a test drive. When we got back Kevin sat with us and explained everything thoroughly while your team prepped the car for us to drive home. While we waited Kevin told my daughter it was time for one of us to hit the cymbal, he told us it was a tradition and everyone who makes a purchase gets a chance at hitting it. She got a huge kick out of videotaping me do that while the staff all clapped. I have to tell you even after the deal was made and the papers were signed Kevin and your sales team still were doing everything they could to make us feel like part of the Schwartz family. Without me even asking, Kevin put a big red bow on the hood of the car and took pictures of us for me.
