I have only heard good news about Mazda and always wished to own one. The service department has worked on another car that I own and the service was very good and timely. This place is horrible. Bought brand new mazda 3 and it has problems. I take it there and they say nothings wrong with it. But the owner and the sales consultant both told me that the car is idling low. Af has problems. I take it there and they say nothings wrong with it. But the owner and the sales consultant both told me that the car is idling low. After the car was serviced the owner told me that nothings wrong with it and the car dont shake. But when I brought it there he got in it and told me the car idles low. He told me not to stress we will get it fixed. Well its not and the car is still shaking. They wont do anything else for me. So Im in the process of finding out what else I can do. I have a couple of options. I will not give up until the problems fixed. The only good experience I had there was the sales consultant. His name is Darryl and he was very patient with me and had a good sense of humor. I dont recommend this dealership to anyone but if you do go there ask for Darryl. You will be happy with him. More

I went a number of months back to buy a new car. The sales guy was ok - and actually got me into the exact car I wanted. But, after that -the experience went downhill - to dealing with the main guy - t sales guy was ok - and actually got me into the exact car I wanted. But, after that -the experience went downhill - to dealing with the main guy - to the $$ guy - who complained about his job to me - to the service dept - which was horrible. One reason why I bought it here - from buying it at another dealership - was because they promised loaner cars when I brought the car in for service. So, I go to schedule my first service here - and guess what - no loaner cars allowed!! So, not only was the buying experience poor - and then the service dept poor - BUT - they lied too!!! Definitely a place to avoid!!!!!! More
