Hey Jen This Darryl. I saw the review and spoke with everyone at the dealership and saw that we were unable to have the problem fixed. We are just a supplier for Mazda and if they say the car is fine we can only go so far. I know we get along just fine and the problem is with the car not the dealer. So I was wondering if you could remove this review since it goes against my sales performance. Also if a bulletin comes out from Mazda from this issue I told Mr Schwartz to tell me right away and I will call you right away. Thanks Again Darryl
