I must say that Kevin my sales rep was outstanding and Mike the finance guy was incredible, my buying experience was phenomenal I drove all the way from Maryland to pick my car up which was a 3hour drive Mike the finance guy was incredible, my buying experience was phenomenal I drove all the way from Maryland to pick my car up which was a 3hour drive it was parked on the show room floor clean looked exactly like the photos advertised , I was greeted by a team of professionals as soon as I got there they offered me snacks coffee and made sure I was OK!! Its very rare that you go to a car dealership and see that all the sales team work together as one big family they didn't hesitate to help each other out the family atmosphere was extremely professional and very warm and sincerely genuine!!! oh and not to mention that they had other car buyers from the Virginia area who also trudged through the snow to pick up their car as well . I must say it was definitely well worth the trip thanks so much to the Scott sales team really appreciated the impeccable service and the outstanding customer service I received throughout out my process from beginning to the very end . Mike in service is always so polite. The dealership manages to get my car in and out quickly. We really appreciate the shuttle service.
