Alfredo Zambrano has always been more than helpful. I met him back maybe 2- 3 years ago. I can't remember but I was very happy with his service in helping me with care for my car. For a while I just went in and who ever helped me helped but it was always someone different so I started to call Alfredo and ask when a good time to come in was and he has almost always been there. In the past at other places it was hard to keep that established relationship and if the company changed things sometimes weren't as good. That Scott Clark has kept Alfredo I am very thankful. I don't feel like I have to worry about lies or being treated as some ignorant woman nor do I have to fear being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. I also don't have to worry about costs as the costs are more reasonable then I ever expected a dealership would have. I have very happy with Scott Clark Nissan and Alfredo.
