Then I decide to check other options outside Florence and we found Scott Clark Nissan. This time David Gibbs was our assessor and he did an excellent job for us, we could have our credit approved the same day we visited the agency (even with lack of credit history) and also gave us an excellent option that was exactly what we were looking for. More

My experience started with Jarmaca “Jay” Byrd through an online process of completing an application and he handled everything from submitting my information, processing the material and selecting automobiles for my review. Although I had a few credit scars Jay was able to use his resources to creatively finance me and I drove away in a 2013 Nissan Altima in April of 2013. The service didn’t stop there, Jay followed-up with me to ensure “all” was well with my automobile and teamed with the service department to schedule my oil change maintenance appointments and everything. I’ve since relocated to Dallas, Texas and I must say I miss the level of service extended through Jay Byrd with Scott Clark Nissan. My experience at my local dealership has not even scratched the surface of the seamless level of service that I grew accustomed to under the care of Jay and his team of professionals at Scott Clark Nissan. I strongly encourage you to consider visiting the dealership even if you are “gently” considering purchasing a new or used automobile, it will be worth your time. This was something that other dealerships internet department would not do. It made for a very easy buying experience once I arrived. I knew that I was getting a good price through my research, so I only had to pick the exact car that met my needs. This took all of the stress out of buying a car. Jarmaca was with someone else when I arrived, so rather than ask us to wait, he had is co-worker Richard Ash help us out. Richard was informative, calm and easy to work with. More

Great Service Advisor Jamie McClain- Service Advisor was EXCELLENT!!! He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and he made sure Jamie McClain- Service Advisor was EXCELLENT!!! He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and he made sure to manage my expectations on how long the service would take. I was with my baby and had a lot of stuff with me (stroller, bags, etc.). Jamie helped me load & unload my car and even drove the courtesy shuttle to the local shops. I felt like a valued customer and I greatly appreciate it.
