I love Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte NC !!!!! I went in to the dealership on May 13, 2014 and originally wanted a Used Nissan Maxima, however I test drove it and it wasn't all that I thought it w I went in to the dealership on May 13, 2014 and originally wanted a Used Nissan Maxima, however I test drove it and it wasn't all that I thought it was going to me. To my amazement, Jay Byrd put me in a 2014 Nissan Altima and I fell in love with it immediately! I didn't expect to lease a car that day but I did end up buying it thanks to him and the General Sales Manager Dawud Muhammad. I interacted with Brian Martin that night for financing and he was nice as well. Sandra Rivera showed me the features of the vehicle that day. The next day I had to go back, May 14, 2014 to bring some paperwork back and I was helped by Roman Shapovalov and also Marcy Caceres who also is a Delivery Coordinator. I would recommend Scott Clark Nissan on South Blvd. to anyone in Charlotte, NC that is looking for a car! They are great dealership to work with More

Happy Customer I had a pleasant experience and wasn't pressured in anyway. Troy was awesome!!! I came to Nissan after leaving the Honda dealership and almost buying a CRV. I walked in, was greeted by Troy and immediately could tell he was going I came to Nissan after leaving the Honda dealership and almost buying a CRV. I walked in, was greeted by Troy and immediately could tell he was going to be able to get me into the car I wanted. He showed me the comparable car to the CRV, the Rogue, I sat in it, and immediately loved it. We took it for a quick test drive, and afterwards I told him if he could get me into that car with a similar deal that Honda was offering i would buy it today. Troy knew i was in a hurry, and knew exactly what i could afford. He was great. This was the easiest car shopping experience i have had!! I will recommend all my friends to Scott Clark, but more specificially to Troy! More

purchase new Quest WE brought our Quest to have work done, we ask to see 2014. then 4 hr. later we bought a new van. New Car Purchase I was looking for a particular trim package on a 2014 Altima. I called Scott Clark Nisan and Jay was the first person to answer. He took the informat I was looking for a particular trim package on a 2014 Altima. I called Scott Clark Nisan and Jay was the first person to answer. He took the information and said he would research and call me back. I received a call back that they had the exact car I was looking for in stock and offered me a good deal on the price. I said I would be in the next day to look at the car and Jay told me to ask for him and he would take care of me and show me the car. Unfortunately another salesman sold the car that night and they did not have another one just like it. Jay and Nate called me and said they had a car with the same color and more packages on it and they would work with me to add the accessories I requested and at a great price. Jay was very patient and professional in working with me to get the car exactly the way I wanted at a good price. I had a great new car buying experience at Scott Clark Nissan and I recommend anyone looking to purchase a car, see Jay and the entire staff at Scott Clark Nissan because they really take care of their customers.
