This place was a nightmare. I live two hours away from here and the guy I was dealing with called to tell me that they had three cars in my price range with the miles I wanted and the year I wanted. I told him ahead of time I did not want to come out unless they for sure had at least three cars in my price range since I was two hours away. I get there and the guy I spoke with was not available so someone else shows me one out of my price range and another not in the year range I asked for. I asked for a Manager and was belittled by him. On top of that was lied to about what cars they had and it turns out the guy had said they had the cars just to get me there. Two hours of a wasted trip and money. They don't care about you or your wants and needs only but what they can sell you. More

I usually go to Midas for my oil changes but was told because of my after market bumper they couldn't do it. We found him to be a man of integrity, respectful and good to his word. What he promised in our first conversation, is what he delivered today. He was highly organized, and made sure that most of the paperwork, car prep, and questions were answered before we arrived at the dealership. That professionalism carried over when I sat down with John Smith, the Finance manager. He had the same qualities as Mr. Noble, and I enjoyed my experience going through Finance. No trick; just straight talk. This must be a function of the culture at Scott Clark Nissan, as they are clearly hiring good people. I also appreciated that Nathan Moskowitz, one of the Sales Directors, went out of his way to come over and introduce himself and verify that everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, as the demonstrated class and professionalism.
