I meet Jay through a friend while his was employed at another dealership. When I first worked with Jay I was in need of a vehicle but i had very challenged credit. I only gave a "good" for Customer Service because our walkthrough of the vehicle prior to driving off could have been better performed by Sandra Rivera. We felt rushed by her, and several of the items that we felt should have been covered in that walkthrough, we are having to research and find out on our own via internet and the owner's manuals.
