The service technician went over what would be done and let me know what should be done, if not now My granddaughter and I took my van in for service. The service technician went over what would be done and let me know what should be done, if not now in the near future. This was helpful since I would rather save time by having these things done while I was there. It was lunchtime and since getting everything done was going to take about 2 hours, our technician asked if we would like the dealerships complimentary shuttle to take us to a restaurant while we waited.
