Service visit highly efficient! I called last minute and got an appointment. I even showed up 10 minutes late due to getting caught in traffic. It was my first visit to the service department, so he showed me the waiting area, told me about the expected change in the dealership entrance, etc. Additionally, he offered me a car wash and then gave me a complete assessment of the work to be done and then the results of what was done.
