Great staff, excellent service I brought my husband's car in for routine maintenance. He also thought he needed new tires. During the inspection, the service staff found a leak in the transmission, an axel, and damage/rust on the oil pan. What impressed me were that the leaks were discovered & photos taken so I could see the damage. Crystal shared an itemized list of costs along with information on the need for each repair within the next year. Also, the tires were fine. Many service departments would have just replaced them to make money. More

Solid I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items whi I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items which I do not need. For example tge time before last the rep suggested in emphatic terms that I should buy 4 new tires. I recieved second and third opinions from Firestone, and an inedpendent mechanic. They both stated that the tires were perfectly fine. This is just one example. More
