Fixed problem I had rotor issues. Justin had the mechanic work on them at no cost since I was having something else done. When I got the car back, it still pulsed w I had rotor issues. Justin had me come back when the foreman was working to save me labor costs and the foreman put on new back rotors and brake pads for a reasonable cost. More

Excellent service I go to the dealership for service because I want trained Toyota professionals with quick access to Toyota parts working on my cars. This place is busy and you will likely wait and possibly pay a bit more. However, everyone I have dealt with at Scott Clark Toyota's service department has been great, especially my go-to service adviser, Archie Newton. Archie is super friendly. It is always a pleasure to meet with him and to know my car is in good hands. When repairs are necessary, Archie explains things well. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. I definitely recommend Scott Clark Toyota and Archie. More

Excellent services Justin Bustle in the service department blew me away with his kind and friendly service. He took the time to explain all of the repairs needed on my Justin Bustle in the service department blew me away with his kind and friendly service. He took the time to explain all of the repairs needed on my 2002 Toyota. The repairs took 10 hours so Justin arranged a rental car for me and kept me posted on the repairs. I appreciated this so much because I live in Union County, work in Uptown Charlotte and could not be without transportation. The service department was very busy but very organized! The waiting area was very comfortable. You can even get your nails done while you wait! When my car was ready, everyone I encountered was very friendly.
