5000 Mile Check I made an appointment and showed up at that time. It was my first visit to the Service Department. It took no more then 45 minutes and I was on my way - a very satisfying experience given how busy the place was. 2014 Avalon scheduled service and battery issue Billy was very professional and solved the issue we were having with the battery.
