Concord Toyota is less then 10 miles from my house and I am thinking about going there but my truck has never been anywhere but to your dealership but its over 25 miles to your dealership! I have been very impressed with how Billy treats his customers. He takes the time to explain the service that is recommended and answers any questions or concerns I may have. After you buy your Toyota, the service manager is your primary contact with Scott Clark. It is great to have someone like Billy Carroll who shows an appreciation for you as a customer. This kind of service is what brings me back to Scott Clark for maintenance on my Highlander!! More
