5000 Mile Service I called and made an appointment, got in when it was a good time for me. I drove up to the service door, was motioned to come on in. Proceeded to the lounge, got a cup of coffee on the way. Looked around at the items that I could buy. Actually bought a couple things. Sat down in the lounge. Didn't quite get my coffee drunk, when Marshall appeared, with "everything is done". Really a great experience, as always. Everyone was friendly, anxious to do their best to help me. Last year I made the mistake of taking my car to one of those NC inspection stations thinking it would be quick and easy....WRONG! This year almost missing my deadline, I called Justin and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only was it faster than last year, but I enjoyed sitting in your nice lounge area as opposed to a plastic chair and questionable smell! No more listening to my friend! I will also suggest to my friends that your service dept. Is not just for problems with their cars, but for NC inspections as well! More

Radio for my new Toyota Highlander We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me that he would order a new radio ASAP and get it in as soon as possible. He called the next week and I took my car in and after about 45 minutes Pete came and got me and told me that the radio was in and working and he enjoyed serving me. Excellent Service by Fred Caspary at Scott Clark's Toyota I recently had service performed by Scott Clark's Toyota Service Department on my 2014 Toyota Venza. Fred Caspary was our service technician and, as u I recently had service performed by Scott Clark's Toyota Service Department on my 2014 Toyota Venza. Fred Caspary was our service technician and, as usual, he was courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He quoted us a price to repair a broken taillight on the car and replaced it at that price. He is the main reason that we continue to use Scott Clark's Service Department and we intend to bring the Venza back later this month for some work needed on the rear panel of the car. We have already been in touch with Fred and know that we will receive the usual excellent service from him and the service department. Patrick Mulrain More

Recently while at Myrtle Beach, S. C. We had sudden malfunction of our drivers side window. It was stuck half-open. Sparks Toyota diagnosed,after two hours,that I needed "a PART", not in stock but available in? 3days. Upon leaving I called Justin Bustle's cell phone. He correctly diagnosed the problem which did NOT require a n expensive part-simply adjustment. Saved time and money on return to Charlotte and Justin. Thank goodness for Justin and Scott Clark Toyota , not to mention the care and excellent service we receive from all of their employees-especially Evette Taft and Mike Black!! Signed.
