The folks at Scott Clark Toyota in Stallings are first class. They treat you like a friend from the first visit. I had the pleasure of working with Pete Acree and his enthusiasm and attention to detail class. They treat you like a friend from the first visit. I didnt get the name of the gentleman that actually did the service work on my truck, but he was also very helpful, informative, and on time. I needed it back by lunch time, and it was ready prior to that. How good is that, and how unusual is that. I had previously used DJ Ford as my primary service department, but they lost several key personnel due to the economy, and likewise their work suffered. When I had a friend who needed emergency service for her car while she was in Charlotte I recommended she call Pete Acree at Scott Clark. I met her at the dealership and drove her to work. When I realized I would have to take her back to get her car in the afternoon I called Pete and asked him if he could work me in for service. I was way past the date I should have had the oil changed and tire rotated. Pete was able to work me in and even though it was late in the afternoon it did not long for the service to be completed. When he brought me the air filter to see how dirty it was I know I should have listened to him the last time I had service. The air filter had not been changed on my Highlander since I bought it. I thanked Pete for working me in so I would not have to come back later in the week. More

Since I purchased my 1999 Toyota Camry from Scott Clark Toyota Justin Bustle has always been professional and helpful in giving great service in representing this car dealership. One day I went to purchase gas from Costco because I was almost on empty and my gas door would not open. Frustrated and being that Scott Clark dealership was close I was glad Justin was there. Explaining my situation to him he automatically knew the problem and advised me to purchase a gas door spring and he installed it for me on the spot. I was so grateful to Justin more so because I didn't have to spend much money. It is because of employees like Justin that make going to Scott Clark dealership a pleasant experience. I have been a customer of Scott Clark's since 1997 and have purchased 3 vehicle's from this dealership. That alone should speak volumes. My most recent visit was on 11/12/09 to have the Tundra's oil c have purchased 3 vehicle's from this dealership. That alone should speak volumes. My most recent visit was on 11/12/09 to have the Tundra's oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. When I have to get my Camry or Tundra serviced I wait until Pete Acree is available to help me. I have been dealing with Pete Acree for several years and I would not have it any other way! Pete is just a blessing! Every time I have been there Pete is always upbeat and smiling. In his postion I could imagine that is a feat some days...but he is always positive. I have complete trust and confidence in Pete and he has always taken care of me. Pete is the reason that I return to the dealership for my service needs. He always takes customer service to the Nth degree....can't ask for better than that! Pete is truly an asset to the Company. I originally purchased my car brand new from this dealership in 05. Today's visit was for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation) and I mentioned that the break light was coming on again. Within 45 minutes I was told that the ABS sensor needed to be replaced but my warranty had expired six days after I last brought the car in for the same complaint. The issue could not be detected at that time because no computer codes showed up in the diagnostic system. Pete immediately told me that they would call Fidelity (extended warranty company) and inform them of my previous visit. At first Fidelity did not seem to want to cover the repair however, the service manager also called and the repair was approved. I must say that I am very thankful how quickly and professionally this matter was handled. In addition, because the repair was some what of a large one, I was also given a rental which I did not have to pay for. My car was ready the next day by lunch time. This experience as well as my previous ones have all been fantastic. Pete Acree goes beyond the norm to make your service experience a pleaseant one and I appreciate the service. I will be looking to replace my Toyota Sequoia next year and will be returning to this dealership to buy another car. More

I drive a Nissan Murano and live in Belmont. Today I was in Charlotte and my car started to run hot. I called a friend of mine who lives in Charlotte and asked her if there was a dealership she would recom in Charlotte and my car started to run hot. I called a friend of mine who lives in Charlotte and asked her if there was a dealership she would recommend I stop by to have this checked. She recommended I go to Scott Clark Toyota and see Pete Acree. I called Pete and explained the situation. I do not do business with dealerships in Charlotte but I was in a bind. Pete could not have been nicer. He treated me like I was a regular customer! He explained he actually had a technician that formerly worked for Nissan for 15 yerars. He felt comfortable having him diagnose the problem. When I got to the dealership Pete met me at the service door. I guess he knew who I was since I was the only Nissan in the Toyota dealership. What a nice young man. He had a smile on his face and told me he was happy to help me. He told me he would call me as soon as the technician diagnosed the problem. I left my car and had my friend pick me up. Later in the morning Pete called to tell me that the thermostat was probably bad and that he recommended replacing it. He told me they could do it at Scott Clark or I could come pick it up and take it to the Nissan dealer up the street. He explained there was a possibility that if the thermostat did not correct the problem it could be caused by the main engine control and that would be have to be done at the Nissan dealership. I asked him if they would go ahead and put on the thermostate and do my oil change which I was due for as well. He told me he would have someone pick up the part and the car would be ready in a few hours. When I picked up my car Pete went over all the details about what they did to the car. I am very impressed with Scott Clark Toyota. What a beautiful dealership. I could not believe all the amenities. Pete suggested when I get ready to trade the Murano, which he pointed out has over 90,000 miles, I should come back to Scott Clark and test drive a Highlander. That is definately a possibility! More

Pete Acree went beyond his duty in the attention of service that he offered when we took our 4 Runner in for service. This is the 2nd car we have purchased (and had serviced) with Scott Clark's, and h service that he offered when we took our 4 Runner in for service. This is the 2nd car we have purchased (and had serviced) with Scott Clark's, and highly recommend them. The service was prompt and thorough, and they kept us apprised of the costs as it was examined.(All car service prices are very expensive, hence my #4 (good) rating for a car that is no longer under warranty; cheaper prices MAY be found at other places, but it is important to us to have service at a Toyota dealer). Pete even went to the extra trouble of locating me another much needed keyless remote. We have owned many cars between us and our 4 children and Scott Clark offers the very best service that we have ever experienced....... More
