My internet salesperson, RG Gunderson was great! I made an appointment with him and he was available the moment I walked into the dealership. He spent a great deal of time with me during my visit and yet an appointment with him and he was available the moment I walked into the dealership. He spent a great deal of time with me during my visit and yet never made me feel rushed during the process. He kept things moving along at a reasonable pace so we got a lot accomplished. RG was very personable - good sense of humor and easy going. He was very knowledgeable about the Rav4 vehicle I was interested in. During my test drive he made no attempts to use high pressure sales tactics just to sell me a vehicle, even though they were at month end and most like facing quotas to be met. RG simply let me drive the vehicle and ask questions. He was relaxed and it helped me relax throughout the entire purchase process - no high pressure sales pitch here!! Made the application process painless and when one type of financing didn't work out (due to my 2 yr old trade), he & and my finance person, Larry Ellis, went above and beyond to get me an even better deal that would perfectly suit my circumstances. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of these gentleman and made to feel like a very valued customer. Larry Ellis, the finance guy was great. This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and Larry handled my original deal. He remembered me and took the time to explain all the options and the terms of the contract. I truly appreciated his sense of humor and his willingness to answer my questions - even if he had heard the same question all day long from other customers. He made me feel as though I was the most important customer they had - no rush, no harried service. I can't say enough about the genuine service I received at this dealership.This is why I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here and plan to buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Great bunch of people all the way from the service bays, cashiers, sales and finance departments. Thank you all for a great purchase experience. More
This was actually a follow up visit to having my Tundra checked for an odd noise coming from the back end. It was determined to be the rear differential and it needed to be replaced. It was on back order...Pete let me know he would call when it came in and get me set up with a rental car for the day. Pete called me back within the week. I received the service I have come to expect because of Pete; but still above and beyond by many measures of it. He got my truck for me when I came to pick it up because the service group who get's the vehicles for the customers was backed up. Pete you are the greatest!!! Thanks!! More
We have been very happy with our toyota and the service we receive at Scott Clark's. Pete has always helped us out and gotten things done quickly. In 2004 I purchased my first Toyota, Highlander. I still have this car and enjoy every minute of it! I'm the type of customer that buys a new car every 3 years, but I'm going on 6 years with my Highlander a have this car and enjoy every minute of it! I'm the type of customer that buys a new car every 3 years, but I'm going on 6 years with my Highlander and a lot of that is due to the customer service I have received from Jeff Middleton. Jeff has worked with me for the last couple of years and has always made me feel comfortable with having a better understanding of my needs. He is someone I feel I can trust. I have been in customer service for over 20 years now and as we all know, if you can build trust with a customer it will along way. I know in the near future I will be purchasing my next car and I can say that Scott Clark Toyota will be the way I go and a large part of that is because of the great customer service and Jeff Middleton. I did not buy my Toyota here (I got it used) but have always received excellent service. Several of my friends have Toyotas and they all recommend this service department. They keep a good computer record of all service for the vehicle. The service technicians are very patient and do not recommend service that it not needed. I have asked them to check the brakes on my 5 year old car several times, expecting them to tell me I need new ones, and they have reassured me that I don't need them now and that everything is working perfectly. I didnt get the name of the gentleman that actually did the service work on my truck, but he was also very helpful, informative, and on time. I needed it back by lunch time, and it was ready prior to that. How good is that, and how unusual is that. I had previously used DJ Ford as my primary service department, but they lost several key personnel due to the economy, and likewise their work suffered. I sent my cars/trucks to Scott Clark Toyota, and I am extremly pleased with that decision. I will let my friends know to do so as well. Thanks, More
When I had a friend who needed emergency service for her car while she was in Charlotte I recommended she call Pete Acree at Scott Clark. I met her at the dealership and drove her to work. When I realized I would have to take her back to get her car in the afternoon I called Pete and asked him if he could work me in for service. I was way past the date I should have had the oil changed and tire rotated. Pete was able to work me in and even though it was late in the afternoon it did not long for the service to be completed. When he brought me the air filter to see how dirty it was I know I should have listened to him the last time I had service. The air filter had not been changed on my Highlander since I bought it. I thanked Pete for working me in so I would not have to come back later in the week. More
