Waiting area is very nice, bright & open. I would like to have computers available to use (like the Lexus dealership). Pete is always friendly, personable & explains things well. My wife and I have bought cars from Scott Clark Toyota for years now and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales depa for years now and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales department has always been enjoyable and very easy.As great as the sales department is however,with 4 toyotas, I spend alot of time in the service dept. and I can't say enough great things about these folks!I actually enjoy coming in for service as these guys are all so nice and willing to help. My "go to guy" in the service dept is PETE ACREE.Pete has gone out of his way to make certain that my service experience is always perfect .I've dealt with Pete to a point that I have complete trust in what he tells me I need to keep my cars in top notch shape. When I send my kids to get their toyotas serviced,They know to always ask for Pete as I know Pete will take good care of them. This level of service has truely spoiled us to where I just don't think about going anywhere else. After my service was completed which was in the time range I was told, I Had the pleasure to meet Melissa who is such a friendly girl with a pretty smile. She was very helpful in explaining the services and pricing details of the bill. While paying for my bill Michael took to the time to say hello,and make sure I had no further questions. It's great to have my truck serviced knowing what I had done and working with such a friendly group of honest employees. More
From the call to make an appt to the speed of service, I have been very pleased with the personal and professional attitude each member of the service group exhibits. My 2007 Camry has had only one problem having to do with the stereo- occasionally sound goes out when switching to an AM channel (resolved each time by turning unit off/on). The dealership continues to troubleshoot this issue and are replacing parts until the right solution is found. More

I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. They have THE MOST COMFORTABLE waiting area that I have ever been in and on certain days you can even get a manicure while you wait! (My sister-in-law in New York is sooo jealous of this!! She always says "Only in the south can you get a manicure at your car dealership!") I love it!! Don't hesitate to go there for any car need!! Buy your car there, get it serviced there... Ever since I purchased my Highlander from Scott Clark Toyota I have had Pete Acree as my service advisor. He is a perfect example of why they are called advisors. My Toyota has not had any service problems so the only reason I go in for service is routine maintenance. Pete always takes time to explain what is scheduled and why it should be done. He always has a smile on his face. He is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever worked with in a car dealership. I trust Pete to tell me what is best for my vehicle. When I needed to purchase tires I didn't even think about going to a discount dealer or try to buy them from a wholesale club. I called Pete and he helped me make the best choice for my tires. He also explained the advantage of having nitrogen filled tires. After he explained it I understood the advantage. I love the new facility. While waiting to have my car serviced I can choose from one of many waiting areas. I love the quiet fireplace room and each waiting room has a television. The play room for the children is great and they have their own TV as well. They can play inside while the parent sits outside but still has a clear view to watch them carefully. I like the privacy of the business center. You can work on your laptop and not feel everyone is looking over your shoulder. I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota for sales and service. More
I am leaving this review in hopes it will help somewhere down the line. I took my Crewmax in for a 5000 mile service and I was a litte disapointed in that my truck was not as clean when I got it back as be down the line. It had oil drops on the paint in front of the radiator. It was my first service on the truck hopefully it will get better. I hope the rest of the service was done a little better than the oil change. I think I was a lot happier with the sales people than the service department so far. More

Also, the fact they use Edmunds tells me they realize people do their research prior to car buying so they do not come at it from an angle that potential buyers are uneducated about what they are doing. I got very good answers to my questions and inquiries. Everyone we encountered at the dealership were very friendly. Even the people we met in passing who were not involved with our transaction. It was a very good overall buying. More
