Not the best experience, especially when you need to use their WiFi for work while waiting. When contacted via text about the estimated invoice and additional work needed soon, I called the service agent their WiFi for work while waiting. When contacted via text about the estimated invoice and additional work needed soon, I called the service agent and she forgot to include tax and other fees, so she gave me different numbers two different times. At that point I decided to wait on getting the additional work done. When my vehicle was ready, I noticed the glove box wasn’t closed. When I tried to close it, it wouldn’t latch/close. I had to wait on someone to come fix it. Apparently when they checked the cabin air filter, they didn’t care to put the glove box back properly, otherwise they would have closed it. Something they could have simply taken care of, but chose not to, shows me they could care less about their quality of work on your vehicle. More

Pick up of service vehicle takes too long. Yesterday, I went to pick up our vehicle and stood at the service writers desk for over 10 minutes. The other when I went to ask where Ryan was and I wanted to pick my vehicle he was very rude and short and said he's at lunch just go anywhere and they can help you. Again, it wasn't what he necessarily said, it was the tone. 47 years in the car industry and many as a service training consultant a good manager would have apologized and handled it with a smile and a thanked me for my business. Not this guy. He was evidently stressed and upset, he didn't want to be bothered, and could care less about me as a customer. I am seriously considering taking my 2 Toyotas elsewhere. The review would be much less than a 4 however Ryan was great and courteous, the manager ruined it. My wife was extremely upset in the tone and attitude of this manager More
