I had a phenomenal experience at Scott Honda! I attribute this to two employees in particular - Joe Gonzalez, the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with, and Tatiana, a representative in the this to two employees in particular - Joe Gonzalez, the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with, and Tatiana, a representative in the rentals department. First, I will say that Joe absolutely sets the standard in client service! I have been considering purchasing a Pilot for several years now. I called Scott Honda's sales department after dinner one day last week and Joe walked me through Pilot options that were available and recommended that I come in to see what would best suit the needs of myself and my family. When I arrived Joe has already prepared the Pilot we discussed on the phone for a test drive. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the features on the Pilot. One thing that stood out about Joe was how well he listened to genuinely understand what my family needed and then worked to help us find something that satisfies those needs. It was clear he was not just trying to sell a car, but really wanted to help us find what was best for us. He talked us through various pricing options and connected us with Lino (also wonderful!). Both Joe and Lino stayed at the dealership well past closing so that we could finalize the sale. While I was working on the paperwork for the sale (huge thank you to Rob Gill!) Joe prepared the car and even took time to walk my son through all of the features so that my son could help me if I forgot how things worked (Talk about excellent client service - anticipating a need before it occurs and providing a solution!). It was so evident that Joe cares for clients and takes a great deal of responsibility in his role Scott Honda. Joe's follow-up has been nothing short of phenomenal! Now to Tatiana, from the rental department. I have gone back and forth about whether to purchase a Pilot for years now. For the past year and half whenever I brought my old Honda to be serviced I would request a Pilot to get a feel for whether I wanted to purchase one. Tatiana, knowing that I was trying to decide whether to buy one, would do everything she could to secure a Pilot when I needed a rental. The week before I purchased the new Pilot I called the rental department because I needed a rental and Tatiana made a point to find a Pilot and let me know she would prepare it for me. It was in driving the Pilot around this last time that I finally decided - I need to buy a Pilot! I love the service I have received from Scott Honda because it is genuine and wholistic in nature. While Tatiana is not a sales rep, she understands clients' needs and is doing her part to give clients what they need to make a sales decision they may be contemplating. Joe then finished the work Tatiana started by providing excellent service in closing the deal. He made my family feel cared for and seen. Overall, there is a GREAT team at Scott! My past experiences kept me coming to Scott Honda but this most recent experience has solidified that loyalty! Thank you!! More
