Staff was behaving very rudely, advisor did not answer even my single question and he was looking very frustrated. Also they report wrong odometer in inspection emission report. I contacted Scott Honda and Greg Westman was my Mechanic advisor of what I needed done and how much it would cost. He is very polite and considerate, he tried to talk to Mepco the extended bumper to bumper advisor of what I needed done and how much it would cost.
