Over the past 14 years, I have had excellent service from Scott Honda for my two Honda vehicles. Earlier this week I took a 2012 Honda CRV in, thinking that the engine work would take several days. On 5 pm m Scott Honda for my two Honda vehicles. Earlier this week I took a 2012 Honda CRV in, thinking that the engine work would take several days. On 5 pm my phone rang and they said it was done in one day and the price was exactly what they estimated. When I arrived I found they had forgotten to do the final oil change. They did the oil change while I waited and would not let me pay for it. I was shocked! I attribute this miracle to Shiva Lawton who is one of their friendly and amazing service advisors. More

Working closely with the technicians over a period of thirteen days, she not only oversaw the repairs, but Shiva continued to keep me well informed throughout the repair process. I credit Shiva and her team with excellence that is so difficult to come by in today’s marketplace. I continue to drive my car which went through a final twenty-mile road test by the technician before the car was returned to me for my continued safe driving. More
