Pleasant Experience We have been searching for a minivan to replace our SUV for our growing family, and Scott Honda had a 2017 Honda Odyssey in stock at a good price. We have been searching for a minivan to replace our SUV for our growing family, and Scott Honda had a 2017 Honda Odyssey in stock at a good price. We drove about an hour to look at the vehicle, and our salesman, Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during our test drive. After some back and forth, we were able to close a deal on our first visit. Our initial plan was to finance through our own credit union, but Rob in finance was able to find us a lower rate which worked out great for both us and Scott Honda. While there is always negotiating involved on the vehicle price, and sales pitches for products any dealer is trying to add on with any auto transaction, I thought Joe and Rob were very fair and business like in there demeanor and professionalism during the entire sale process. I would definitely recommend Scott Honda to others when looking for a new or used Honda vehicle. Pro Tip to Management - the four square worksheet should be put in the trash bin like the dot matrix printers that print out the financing contracts. They are designed to confuse the customer and make them angry and frustrated with the sales staff. Perhaps a different approach could be considered? More
