It was OK I was able to settle on a vehicle price before arriving at the dealership. Was disappointed on how long it took after the fact. Please train your finance staff better, because this happened to me 10 years ago at this dealership. I just don't understand why after agreeing on a price it would take another 2 hours for the paperwork. More
