Since there were restrictions due to Covid-19, I was given an appointment to come in and test drive. I picked the 3 vehicles I wanted to test drive, so when I arrived at the dealership, everything was handled with extreme care and everyone wore masks and I felt comfortable. Hiep went over each of the vehicles and answered all the questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured in any way. I picked the CRV I wanted and made an appointment to close the deal and it was done efficiently with the finance person, Rob Gill. Overall, it was a good experience. More
