Omar was very polite, friendly, and as helpful as possible. I think he did a great job in the sale. Finance Dept was able to beat my personal banks rate. That was great. My only concern was that the dealership did not accept electronic fund transfers from my bank (USAA)...only checks. Wish I would have know that before making the 2.5 hour round trip drive. If I wanted to drive the vehicle home that day, i was going to have to go with their financing. Otherwise, my only option was to come back another day. That was my biggest frustration. In the end, they beat my bank’s rate, so we all benefited. When the paperwork was ready, the signing was quick and easy and we were on our way. More
