We met with Erik Martinez, who we bought a 2019 Insight from over the summer. He remembered us and even asked about our family. He was patient with us as we wavered back and forth between two vehicles, trying to understand which was going to be the better fit for our family. Erik was knowledgable on both vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. He understood exactly what we needed and gave us the time and space to make our decision without any pressure. Even when we changed our minds... accommodating is an understatement. Erik went above and beyond to meet our needs and kept reassuring us that at the end of the day, his main concern was that we were happy in the vehicle of our choosing.
