Great first-time buying experience Hiep was so great to work with, and made my first car purchase easier than expected. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the CR-V, and other Hiep was so great to work with, and made my first car purchase easier than expected. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the CR-V, and other cars I was interested in like the RAV4. He cleared up some questions I had between those two specifically. When I brought in a lower quote I got from another dealership in the area, he matched it. When he showed me the amount they would give me for my trade-in, and I showed him what CarMax would give me, he matched it (and without any pushback). He was so pleasant to work with through this whole experience. I'll definitely recommend Scott Honda to the people I know! More
