Rob the finance manager was so helpful to look at our trade paperwork and alerted us we would receive a refund from our other dealership since we bought extended warranty’s . Great experience We were in need of car after my wife had an accident with her HRV. Our salesman we were used to had retired and we were unsure who could help us. Fo We were in need of car after my wife had an accident with her HRV. Our salesman we were used to had retired and we were unsure who could help us. Fortunately, we were greeted by Erik Martinez. Erik was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He understood just what we were looking for and did his absolute best to accommodate us. It took us a while, my wife is a tough negotiator, but Erik persevered and we ended up with a good deal. THEN we went for a second car lease. Again Erik did his best and we ended up walking, or driving, out with a brand new CRV-EXL and a Civic EXL. It was an interesting day and we were very happy with our purchases. I have been driving Honda's since 1977 and I believe they are one of the best cars on the road. Thank you Erik Martinez for making this happen. More
Surprise ... surprise! Ok. So today, two weeks after purchase, I go into the dealership to follow up on some paperwork. The person I needed to see was in a mtg, so a sales Ok. So today, two weeks after purchase, I go into the dealership to follow up on some paperwork. The person I needed to see was in a mtg, so a sales manager ((Azad) attended to me promptly, trying to get squared away what needed taking care of. It took a wee bit of extra time, but I was in no rush, so I was okay with it. The paperwork got taken care of, and said sales manager (Azad) came over to me and said for the inconvenience of waiting he offered to fill my gas tank!! I was pleasingly shocked! I've dealt with other dealerships (not Honda dealerships) in my lifetime and never, not ever, has someone offered to fill my tank for ANYTHING (and there were some major inconveniences I've endured at the hands of other dealerships!) I graciously accepted. He also offered to wash the car, but I refused, as my salesman (Bill Martin) was to go over some other things I needed to brush up on regarding the electronics, and after we finished with that, Bill then offered to run the car through the car wash!! I was floored! So, ok, maybe other people have experienced this type service before, but I never have, and I was just so tickled to death I had to come home and write about it.
