Overall Easy Experience From my initial call to "someone in sales" to leaving with my new car, John was always there for me... and his coworkers. I had previously bought a ca From my initial call to "someone in sales" to leaving with my new car, John was always there for me... and his coworkers. I had previously bought a car at Scott Honda and John answered some immediate questions and let me know who sold me my previous car so I could work with him instead. A couple days later, I called John back and told him I wanted to work with him (for my own reasons and nothing related to the other salesperson). He took the stock number of the car I wanted and also said he wanted to check if it was okay for him to do the sale instead of my previous salesperson. I respect the professional courtesy this showed. When I showed up at the dealer, John and the car I wanted to test drive were ready. We were quickly in the car for the test drive. Once back at the dealer and ready to buy the car, I had an acceptable deal within a few minutes. No pressure and a reasonable first offer from Scott Honda. I had expected a little bit better, John took that back, and I had the deal I wanted. John made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the car to be detailed and paperwork to be completed along with providing me the information I needed about the new car. Overall, a easy car buying experience. More
