Unlike sales representatives at other local dealers, Erik was very responsive over email. He did not hesitate to give pricing information or negotiate when a lot of other dealers would not do similar unless I called and then came in. Scott Honda is about an hour away from where I live, but I made the drive knowing they had the van I wanted at a price that worked for me. More
