Great Experience I came to Honda with my mind pretty set on a different dealership and vehicle but wanted to make sure I reviewed all my options before making a final I came to Honda with my mind pretty set on a different dealership and vehicle but wanted to make sure I reviewed all my options before making a final decision. I was lucky enough to work with Erik to test drive a 2018 civic and I am SO happy I did. Erik made the entire experience so easy and fun. While I was nervous about making a huge purchase, he made me feel calm and excited to have a new car! He even honored my special request of putting a pink bow on the car! The entire team, including Joe and Tomas made the process clear and simple. My new car is perfect! I was, however, a bit disappointed to learn that the glass of the temperature gauge is cracked and will need replaced as it's a brand new car (I noticed this immediately after I drove the car of the lot) but the service team was wonderful and quickly ordered a replacement part. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be recommending Erik and Scott Honda to all my friends and family! Thank you!! More
