Great service to go with great cars Fortunately, because I own a HONDA, I don't have to use the service department very much since they are awesome cars that last forever! However, my 5yo Honda Pilot (her name is "Elsa") had a check engine light issue and I brought it to Scott for the first time for "repair" since I purchased it. My service advisor, Dan Mancari, was very good and kept me apprised throughout the day about my vehicle's diagnosis and remedy and had Elsa ready for pick up with repairs done much sooner than I had expected AND we were able to add on an unscheduled oil change! In addition, when I pulled into the drop-off bay, I was greeted by a smiling employee, Donald. When I asked Donald how he was today, he joyfully sang back to me in a beautiful voice "I'm aweeeeeeeesome!" and that made ME feel awesome!! Made my whole day! Love my Elsa and love Scott Honda Service Department!!! More
