Excellent Service and Expertise I initially became interested in buying a Honda Accord while doing research online and reading reviews on 4 door sedans. A friend of mine referred me to Greg Ellingson at Scott Honda of West Chester. My first appointment on Saturday 12-23 went very ssmoothly. I was given an appraisal on my Nissan for trade in costs and offered a leasing option on the 2017 Civic EX. Since the price and payments were in my range I test drove one along with a Honda Accord. Greg made my experience stress and pressure free as I was provided with options and test drives during my first appointment. I actually made a request to order a 2017 Civic in cosmic blue and put down a deposit of 500.00. Unfortunately, I inconveniently had a change of heart and canceled this request for leasing the Civic because I really wanted to purchase a preowned Accord. I requested cancellation of this order on 12-25-17 and without hesitation, Greg canceled for me and asked me to come back in so I can discuss more options. On 12-26-17 I came in to talk to Greg and discussed purchasing a preowned Honda Accord. I was surprised to hear that there was a 2017 Honda Accord LX in my color of choice available. Although this car was newer with less than 12 k on it and was a loaner car, Greg worked hard and frantically negotiated terms with his manger in order to provide me with the financing necessary. I was thrilled to know that I was provided with an affordable monthly payment for this vehicle. Greg Ellingson had the patience and determination to make this sale possible and I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in owning or leasing a Honda. Thanks to great salesmen like him I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Hona Accord. Thanks Greg! More

I drove 2 hours after seeing the selection of cars at Scott online hoping to finally get a car. Omar was attentive, patient, and honest as he helped me find the car I was looking for for a lower price than all the other dealerships in my hometown. The finance manager Bill was also excellent and with my father and I, talking with us and behaving like a human as opposed to a business man trying to take our money. He also worked with us to deposit my check a week later so I had time to transfer the insurance money from my accident. We felt valued and were treated with the utmost respect.
