I is great to work with and really made it a pleasant experience. From the start, AJ did a wonderful job of helping get an idea of what I was looking for and narrowing down my options. Once we narrowed down which cars to look at, he was very helpful in letting me see and test drive the cars, to see how each one fit for me. I am very indecisive and think through a lot of things when making a decision and he was very patient with me, plus knew a lot about the cars. He was also very low pressure and I could tell he wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision, which was nice. AJ actually made it feel as though I was just working with a friend to pick out what I wanted rather than working with the stereotypical pushy "car salesman" that people think of. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish, and after some patience working out the details with them, I was very happy to drive home in my first personally owned vehicle. More

3 Month's Later & Still Happy I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L back in September of this year and while my very enthusiastic sales rep, Greg, was pressing me I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L back in September of this year and while my very enthusiastic sales rep, Greg, was pressing me to write a review the day after I rode off the lot, I wanted to get some time and mileage on the vehicle before writing about my experience. I found a vehicle online and ended up selecting another that the dealership had acquired that day. The weather had been simply awful, which really made for a challenging test drive and I thought I heard some brake noise. I was a bit hesitant, but Greg assured me that Scott Honda would make things right immediately if the noise turned out to be anything other than a bit of rust on the rotors from the previous customer's lack of recent driving. That weekend, my wife and I took a long drive and sure enough, not only did the noise not go away but under the now dry conditions, I definitely felt vibration when applying the brakes. I called Greg, he set me up with a morning service appointment, and my rear brake pads were replaced and the rotors resurfaced while I waited in Scott's comfortable, clean customer area. I was able to get some work done with their complimentary wifi and they even brew a half-decent cup of coffee. We just drove in the first snow of the season and our CR-V handled like I was driving on dry pavement. Are we going to experience other problems with the car? Maybe, but I have peace of mind knowing that Honda's CPO program is going to cover me and that Scott Honda has so far done nothing to make me second guess my decision to buy from them.. Finally, Greg Ellingson is hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He will take as much time as you need, fit your schedule, address your concerns, and help you get the vehicle you want with a minimum of fuss. I would gladly do business with Greg and Scott Honda again. More

I wasn’t pressured to buy anything, I signed where I needed to, and left. AJ has since followed up to make sure everything is well with the car, Aj has been very kind, I look forward to working with him in the future, that buying experience was pressure free!
