We were able negotiate what I considered a fair price for the trade in and the car I was interested in. The dealership clearly had high standards for their used and certified offerings and I felt I purchased a quality car at a fair price. The sales associate worked hard to earn my trust and business, and I commend him for his candid response, supportive demeanor and diligence to make the purchase happen. When my lender made the purchase activity complex, my sales associate and Scott's financial manager got a loan approval in minutes and made to financial close easy, with my input in selecting the financing options. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and neighbors and when my daughter or other family members need a car, I will bring them to Scott Honda. Note also, the vehicle preparation was excellent. I reviewed the 182 point check list and was comforted by the thoroughness of the inspection, and the car clean up was meticulous.
