I arrived In general, my recent car purchase experience with Scott Honda and salesperson Dan Zink was about as good as car-buying experiences can be. I arrived knowing what I wanted based on a Scott Honda ad for a particular certified preowned Honda, and Dan moved immediately to the tasks necessary to complete a successful if slightly complicated transaction (trade-in, financing, etc.) I had several other obligations in my day, and Dan worked with us to assure we spent as little time as possible on the transaction. (Car purchases do take quite a bit of time!) Scott Honda has a well-deserved positive reputation in our community, and Dan left us feeling very good about shifting our car service and long term maintenance relationship to this dealership. He was professional and gracious about the big things (price) and the little things (keeping us informed, a nice bow on the car at the finish, etc). More
