As soon as we walked in the door we were met by AJ Gallagher who was sharp, knew his stuff, and was highly accommodating without being pushy in any way. Every question we had - he had answers. The very few questions he didn't have answers for - he found them, quickly. It was an immense pleasure dealing with AJ and as long as I am buying Honda's, I will always be buying them from him. More

Mocking/rude to costumer I was happy the first time I was at Scott Honda and purchased a CRV there about 7 years ago. So when it was time for my wife to get a car we decided t I was happy the first time I was at Scott Honda and purchased a CRV there about 7 years ago. So when it was time for my wife to get a car we decided to check out the new CRV. Now we got there towards the end of the day and understand that people want to head home. But when a sales member was called for no one arrived. It was not until the receptionist actually went and physically got one. He was very polite. But while we were there we witnessed another couple with children trying to handle a banking issue with the purchase of a new car and trade of the old. The woman was very rude to them. And while the costumer waited she went into the financial area which is visible since it is a glass wall and started mocking the costumer. We were between the CRV and the RAV4 and since both myself and her mother had a CRV it was in the lead. But after driving both and getting pricing it was pretty close. The experience that day at scott Honda lead us to the RAV4. We also showed a coupon that would have given us a $25 gift card. This still has not been received. More
