Overall Satisfaction Omar, the internet salesman, was wonderful and we ultimately purchased the vehicle through him. He knew we were coming from over an hour and a half away and he accommodated us with an appointment close to closing time on his day off. We had stopped by the dealership a week prior to purchasing the vehicle for a test drive, we didn't have an appointment with anyone, we wanted the car, sat down for negotiations, but we did not feel comfortable with the salesman so we left. We were ready to walk away from the car for good. However we spoke to the manager over the phone that week, communicated with the internet salesman Omar and decided we'd buy the car. Omar had the detailing team work on the car before we got there and had the paperwork ready. He was patient with us through some glitches in the process and was very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout. More

Honest Service Went today to Scott Honda's Express Service, a few hours before their official closing on a Saturday. Was attended to immediately by John Barth who is courteous, friendly and very professional. Told him what my car needs service for which is the straightforward oil change and tire rotation. Was informed that it would take them about 45 minutes to complete the job. My car was ready in the estimated promise time and was briefed on what was done including the multi-point checkpoint on some of the critical components of my car. After settling the bill I was on my way to my other commitments. This is what I want whenever I take in my car for service: No drama. Kudos to Scott Honda for keeping honest and straight-forward employees such as John who will just accomplish what was requested and not try to do any up-selling. Personally hate that kind of tactic because I know what I only want done to my car and nothing else (unless it was clearly pointed out that something serious needs to be addressed because of safety concerns, to which I would believe if it's true). More

Great experience We had a not so good experience at another local Honda dealer and refused to buy a car from them even though they were closer to our home. Instead we showed up at Scott Honda one Saturday AM with all 3 young children and were greeted at the door by Greg Ellingson who gladly spoke with us, reviewed our options and helped us to make the best decision for our family practically and financially. He was honest and fair and explained the entire process of purchasing the car. He was easily accessible via phone/text messaging and communicated with us regularly until the decision had been made. We needed a car immediately and they helped make it happen. The only negative I would say was there was not enough Certified used honda's on the lot for the specific car we were looking for. We would return to Scott Honda and Greg for our next Honda for sure. More
